I do not understand this Halloween holiday. I have seen it spoken to as a harvest festival, and while the Harvest is a wonderful thing to celebrate... I do not approve of these childish notions that I have seen.

Honoring the Gods is the proper thing to do; it pleases us. Someone explain this trick-or-treat.

Who isn't? Well, who except for Atia. But I guess she just hasn't tried it yet, because no one in their right mind can hate chocolate.

She has now. She came over to visit with me last night and I introduced her to it. Her reaction was quite amusing.

[And it had been, because it was nice to see mortals so happy.] I understand costumes are needed for trick-or-treat. What are you thinking of dressing as?

I haven't thought about it that much. When I was really little I always wanted to dress up like a superhero, but that seems kind of juvenile now, I think.
